External communication is a whole skill set—just as much in a veterinary clinic as anywhere else. 🐕🐈‍⬛

It gets a lot of attention: 🗣️

🔹 What to do if you see things differently,

🔸 Tips and tricks for delivering bad news…

You name it.

But internal communication is just as much an art.

And if you ask me, it may even be the more important of the two.

Why❓

Because these are the people…

➡️ You deal with day in, day out

➡️ Who will jump in if you need extra hands

➡️ Who will see you at your best, but also your worst

➡️ Who will stand up for you if something goes wrong

And let’s not forget:

➡️ These are the people you spend 20 to 36 hours a week with.

That’s 25-40% of your waking life.

Quite a lot, right?! 🫢
