Perfect Timing.

Perfect timing.

There I stand, bold words and all.


It’s dark, cold, and pouring rain.

But here I am, because... I have to.



Yesterday, I wrote about the importance of keeping up with "it."

Whatever "it" is for you:

🔸 Exercising

🔸 Eating healthily

🔸 Reading

🔸 Checking in with friends


Especially now, as the days grow shorter and the weather becomes, well, more Dutch.

This morning, my alarm was already not my best friend.

Add running into the mix, and... well.


But here I am, lacing up and heading out.

Somewhere midway through my run, I wondered:

What pushed me over the line to actually go today?

I could’ve gone later in the day—my schedule would’ve allowed it.


The answer:

Accountability.

Yesterday, I shared with all of you how important—and difficult—it is to keep doing "it."

Even, or especially, when you’re dreading it.


Sharing that made all the difference for me today.

It gave me the extra push I needed to cross that threshold. 💪
