Procrastination in Conflicts
“Is confrontation really worth it?”
Yes.

And the situation changes, right?
“I’ll just swallow it, and that’ll be the end of it”… right?
A dangerous thought.
Here’s what doesn’t change:
🔻 The resentment you quietly build toward the other person.
🔻 The slow deterioration of your relationship.
🔻 The issue lingering in the back of your mind.
Few things drain more energy than unresolved, unspoken issues hanging in the air.
The proverbial “🐘 elephant in the room” takes up a lot of headspace.
It might seem “fine” for now.
Until it all explodes.
Outwardly—or worse—inwardly.💥
And that’s when you’re really in trouble.
Here’s a thought to mull over this weekend:
Who cares more about you? 🤔
1️⃣ Someone who quietly walks away and never calls out the issue?
2️⃣ Or someone who risks conflict, talks to you about it, and gives you a chance to clear the air or adjust?
Which one do you want to be?
