Ik ben zes weken geleden mijn traject begonnen bij André, omdat ik al jaren
rond loop met veel stress op mijn werk
.

(...) Toen mijn werkgever een samenwerking aanging met André om ons team te ondersteunen, heb ik dit met beide handen aangegrepen. Ik ging er heel open in (...) maar had weinig verwachtingen van het eindresultaat om teleurstelling te voorkomen.

 

Achteraf had ik dit jaren eerder moeten doen.

Door de tools die hij me gaf en de gesprekken die we gevoerd hebben, heb ik woorden kunnen geven aan onderliggende pijnpunten en ben ik gaan oefenen en ondervinden wat bepaalde veranderingen in gedrag teweegbrengen. Ik heb veel nieuwe inzichten gekregen en doorbraken gehad. Ik voel me zelfverzekerder en gemotiveerd om toe te blijven werken naar mijn doelen.

 

Ik kan het iedereen aanraden om een traject te volgen.

In six weeks we will:

  • clarify goals

  • identify challenges

  • address beliefs that hold you back

  • make long-lasting changes well beyond the end of the coaching process
